Our customer service representatives are the face of Fox Air. We are looking for friendly people who enjoy customer service. Part of their duties are to greet, check in and collect payment from passengers. They will also need to communicate weather holds and other issues to our customers to keep them updated on changes. Communication is key to providing the best customer experience possible!
Fox Air depends on our highly qualified, experienced mechanics to keep our aircraft flying. An A&P Certificate is preferred but we are also looking for "mechanic helpers" who are willing to learn.
Flying in the Y-K Delta is a truly rewarding experience. You’ll touch down in all sorts of places and meet many wonderful folks who call this place home. Applicants must have a valid commercial license and 250 hours of Alaska flight time with a minimum of 500 hours of total time to be considered.
We depend on our hard-working rampers to carefully and efficiently load gear, fuel aircraft, escort passengers, and tend to all the details on the ramp. If you’re a friendly, safety-conscious, hard working individual eager to help, we want to talk to you!
Our reservationists are based in Anchorage, Alaska, and must have great communication skills. You'll get to learn about the different communities we serve, help people get to their destinations, and build trusted relationships with customers. Our reservationists are often the first point of contact and we'll count on you to demonstrate that “Fox Air cares about what matters to you.”
All positions (except reservationists) are located in Bethel, Alaska – a community of 6,000 that serves as the hub for dozens of smaller villages throughout the Y-K Delta Region.
