• Flight cancellations must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• For any cancellation requests, please feel free to contact us directly to assist you with rescheduling your flight.
• Any refundable amount from a cancelled flight will be retained as credit in your account and can be applied toward future bookings.
• A refund will only be issued to the client if the cancellation is due to weather conditions or technical issues.

Yes. Please note that infants (under 2 yrs old) fly free and are required by the FAA to stay on their parent’s lap. One lap child per adult.

Children 10-12 may fly alone. Children ages 5-9 are allowed to fly alone only on a case-by-case basis; contact reservations for details.

Yes. Our planes are specially designed to safely transport people, cargo or a combination of both.

Scheduled flights are generally less expensive for individuals, but lack flexibility of when you fly and how much gear you can bring. If you have a lot of gear to haul along with your people, you may need to book a different aircraft or additional charter. We’ll work with you to figure out the most cost-efficient solution.
